before signing up

Do I need to do anything once Utula is set up, or is it fully managed?

Almost nothing. Utula runs the pipeline, follows up enquiries and manages your listings. Your team’s only job is to pick up the phone when we flag a hot lead.

We already have someone who handles enquiries. How does Utula work alongside them?

Utula handles everything before the sales conversation. The follow-ups, the long-horizon nurture, the leads that said not yet. Your consultant stays focused on inspections and closing.

What happens to our existing leads and CRM data when we sign up?

We migrate it. Spreadsheet, existing CRM or portal emails, we import it, stage it and tag it during setup. Any leads still within a reasonable window get re-engaged.

Do we need to change any of our portal accounts or subscriptions?

No. You keep everything as is. We connect to your existing accounts and manage listings and lead intake from there.

Is Utula a marketing agency? Do you run ads?
